DIY: Sliced Fruit Ice-Cubes

1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Once the water is done boiling, let it sit & cool. By boiling the water, you're reducing cloudiness, while the water settles clear in the ice-cube tray.

2.  As the water boils, take this time to wash your fruit thoroughly.

3. Carefully slice your fruit, and cut into fours. When cutting the fruit, have the ice-cube tray near by so you can size the fruit to make sure it is not too big.

oh, this is so cool! Really. I've been putting frozen sliced strawberries in a glass (or 2??) of white wine. this looks like fun for the summer
